Do I have to buy your furniture to use e-design?
No. Every shopping list includes pieces from our catalog and from outside it — picked because they’re right for your room, not because we make a margin on them. Roughly half our clients buy zero pieces from us. The mood board and plan are still yours.
What’s the difference between e-design and a designer?
E-design is fully remote — you upload photos, we deliver a mood board, a shopping list, and (on Full and Luxe) a 3D render. A designer from the SmartSpace 25 is full-service — they take on the project end-to-end, including site visits and procurement, at a custom rate.
How fast does e-design deliver?
Classic is 7–10 business days. Full is 10–14. Luxe (whole home, six rooms) is roughly 21 days. Every tier has a defined hand-off and a clean handover document.
Are the designers actually full-time?
Yes. Every one of the SmartSpace 25 is a full-time, in-house senior designer. We don’t run a marketplace and we don’t subcontract. The person you book is the person who designs the room.
Where do you ship furniture?
Every U.S. state, plus Canada. White-glove delivery on every piece over $500. Most pieces ship in 7–14 days; a handful of made-to-order items run 4–6 weeks and are flagged as such on the product page.
