Classic

Up to three connected rooms designed as one cohesive interior, with a finish schedule, window-treatment specs and two revision rounds.
Whole Home
Signature
$3,495
Whole-home interior design with room-by-room plans, custom finish and lighting schedules, and implementation support through install and styling.
How every package works
Four steps from purchase to final delivery.
Purchase and intake
01
Complete checkout, then fill in the design questionnaire and upload photos and measurements of your rooms.
Designer call
02
A 45-minute video call with your designer to review goals, budget, existing pieces and how you use the space.
Design and presentation
03
Your designer develops the concept, layout and selections and presents the full plan.
Revisions and delivery
04
You review, we revise within the included rounds, and you receive the final design plan.
Questions
Is this an in-person service?
No. All packages are delivered remotely through the questionnaire, video calls and a PDF design plan.
What do I need to provide?
Photos, basic measurements (we send a measuring guide), inspiration images and your budget range.
Are furnishings included in the price?
No. The price covers design services only. You purchase items from the sourcing list yourself; where SmartSpace carries a piece, we link it.
Can I upgrade to a larger package later?
Yes. Contact us after purchase and we will arrange the upgrade and credit what you have already paid.
How is this different from your E-Design tiers?
E-Design tiers are single-room mood boards and shopping lists. These packages add to-scale layouts, finish schedules, revisions and support, and scale up to a whole home.
